Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in export sales management or international sales roles.
• Strong understanding of export procedures, documentation, regulations and compliance (incoterms and shipping).
• Proven ability to identify market opportunities and develop successful sales strategies for new territories.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand market share.
• Identify, prospect and establish relationships with international clients and distributors.
• Negotiate and close export deals.
• Manage a portfolio of export accounts with high service levels.
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations and finance to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead the Sales Support Team for export operations.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and events.
