Candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and be proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and manage export documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and internal company policies.
• Arrange export insurance coverage and liaise with finance and insurance providers on claims and related matters.
• Travel to China as required to oversee buyers’ sample inspections and verify product quality against specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of export documents, shipment logs, and prepare regular reports on export activities.
