Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in export sales management or international sales in manufacturing or trading.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, incoterms, documentation, and logistics.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) and willing to travel internationally.
• Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Identify and establish relationships with international clients and distributors.
• Negotiate and close export sales deals.
• Manage a portfolio of export accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare tailored sales proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations and finance for timely delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead the Sales Support Team for export operations.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and events.
