Job summary

Sin Tai Hing Oyster Sauce Factory Sdn Bhd is seeking an Export & Business Development Executive to expand export markets and manage key customer relationships. The role involves developing new leads, coordinating with internal teams, and traveling internationally for meetings and trade shows.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of sales or business development experience, with proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development, preferably in export and the food industry.
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new leads and achieve export sales targets.
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, samples, product registration, shipments, artwork, and payments.

• Working Days: Monday–Friday
• Working Hours: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
