Job summary

Yosogo Writing Instrument Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a motivated Export Sales & Marketing Executive to develop overseas markets and manage international customers. You will support export sales activities and coordinate with production, QC and logistics to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, 2–6 years of export experience, strong English, and proven negotiation and presentation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Logistics or a related field.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation and Incoterms.
• Experience in export sales, international/B2B sales is preferred.
• Proactive, independent, target-oriented and able to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow export sales and international customer base.
• Attend overseas exhibitions and develop new markets.
• Identify and approach potential overseas customers, distributors, importers and partners.
• Maintain relationships with existing international customers and provide support.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, product information and samples.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples and orders.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse and Logistics to fulfill orders on time.
• Coordinate export shipments and related documentation with customers and freight forwarders.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Sales, Logistics or a related field
