Job summary

MOHM CHEMICAL SDN BHD seeks an Export Sales Executive to drive overseas sales growth and strengthen relationships across international markets. You will identify opportunities, tailor product solutions and negotiate contracts with global buyers.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in a related field, a minimum of two years in sales and marketing, and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Own transport and willingness to travel overseas are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in sales & marketing.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel overseas.
• Good personality, self-motivated & independent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overseas sales strategies.
• Identify customer needs and suitable products for target markets.
• Visit overseas customers, prepare quotations, negotiate and close deals.
• Prepare monthly sales plans and customer visit schedules.
• Research and survey international business opportunity, organize corporate meeting, appoint agents and distributors and negotiate business contracts.
• Attend international exhibitions and business meetings.
• Keep track of competitors' activities and new products in the global market.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations, including export licenses, customs procedures and documentation requirement.
• Provide good customer service to international clients, addressing their inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide professional demonstrations of products and techniques to customers each visit.
