Job summary

PCA Group Sdn Bhd, an ASIAN-based engineering group, is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate and qualify new business leads and expand client relationships. The role requires a strong background in Sales & Marketing within manufacturing/engineering, with travel as needed.

You will promote the company’s products, conduct market analyses, prepare proposals, and coordinate with production teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales or marketing within manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong track record in Sales & Marketing with exposure to manufacturing environments.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for new business leads and potential clients.
• Collaborate with Production and Operations to meet customer requirements and deliverables.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations and presentations.
