Job summary

EIK Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive in Malaysia to identify opportunities, handle customer enquiries, and drive sales targets from enquiry to order fulfilment.

You will coordinate with Production, Logistics and Sales teams to deliver timely quotations, build customer relations, and support marketing initiatives. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years of corporate sales/marketing preferred and willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Requires a recognised degree or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in corporate sales/marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
• Prepare accurate, timely quotations in line with pricing and product guidelines.
• Manage customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders.
• Follow up quotations and opportunities to secure orders and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and account growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, quotations, activities and order status.
• Prepare sales pipeline updates, forecasts, and management reports.
