Job summary

RGE is seeking a proactive front desk coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to handle customer inquiries and collaborate with overseas suppliers, export and finance teams. You will manage comprehensive shipping documents, including drafts for customer review and compliance checks with LC requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience handling shipping documents and clear understanding of LC (Letter of Credit) processes is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to coordinate with overseas suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as front desk to handle enquiries and requests from customers.
• Work with overseas suppliers, export team, and finance to ensure service delivery, shipping and invoicing.
• Manage full spectrum of shipping document processes, including shipping instructions, commercial invoices, draft BL checking, and PO review.
• Prepare draft documents for shipment-related matters for customer review and confirmation.
• Monitor third-party documents applications and ensure compliance with regulations and company policy before presentation to customer or bank.
• Review incoming LC, assess creditworthiness, and minimize risk of bad debts.
• Knowledge of bulk shipment is a plus.
• Support traders or sales managers to resolve issues affecting customer orders.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
