RGE in Kuala Lumpur invites you to join our logistics team as a vessel operations coordinator. You will manage new vessel port applications, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate processing of orders and shipping documents.

You will liaise with internal and external transport partners to guarantee timely in-and-outbound movements, handle permits and clearances, and investigate non-conformances to drive continuous improvement. Come grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Arrange new vessel port applications.
• Monitor vessel activities including spare parts delivery and repairs.
• Process incoming/outgoing orders and generate shipping documents.
• Liaise with transport partners for timely shipments.
• Ensure permits are declared accurately and shipments cleared promptly.
• Investigate non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
