Job summary

Wilhelmsen Ships Service in Kuala Lumpur invites applications for a Central Customer Service Junior Coordinator for China & TW. You will manage RFQs and POs, support the GCS/LCS teams, and ensure timely responses. This role requires a Diploma and 2–3 years in order fulfilment or logistics, with fluent English and good MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment/supply chain/logistics.
• Fluent in English (writing, speaking and listening).
• Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Process RFQs and POs from the Global Customer Service mailbox.
• Ensure inquiries are attended to within SLA.
• Provide administrative support to GCS and LCS teams.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisors.
