Qualifications

• Typing speed at least 30 wpm and accurate data entry.
• Excellent telephone communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiar with order booking and telecom systems.
• Clear spoken and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-adherence to deliver daily targets and service quality.
• Provide accurate transit information and a Can Do attitude.
• Collaborate with Ground Ops, Gateway, Sales, HR to resolve issues.
