DHL Express Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operations Assistant to join our team. You will prepare paperwork for CAL and Network flights/trucks, coordinate with airlines and transit hubs, and manage shipment records in security and OPS systems.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, and strong written/spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. We offer an international environment with a supportive culture and broad benefits within DHL's global network.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare paperwork for CAL and Network flights/trucks
• Provide information to airlines/next transit hub relating to weights and lodgment times
• Chase up delayed or missing material by liaising with airlines/transit hub
• Investigate tracing requests, manifest flights and other aspects of exports & import
• Maintaining of pre-printed HUID labels with profile
• Support in general ops paperwork and OPS administration requirement
• Manage shipment in HIC
• Update damaged/lost-content shipment in security system
• Managing the transportation stake holders for both international & domestic
• Manage the costing for the transportation
• Support in duty billing administrations

YOUR TASKS

Prepare paperwork for CAL and Network flights/trucks

Provide information to airlines/next transit hub relating to weights and lodgment times
