Job summary
The Access Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Platform Engineer to join our Global Operations Centre. You will support, maintain and improve the infrastructure services delivered to internal and external customers around the globe, working 24x7 rotation from our KL office with hybrid home-flex options.

Qualifications
- Experience managing backup and restore across multi-site environments.
- Strong understanding of server, storage and networking infrastructures.
- Proven ability to work across VMware/Hyper-V and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with backup tools (Veeam, Cohesity, Veritas) and cloud backups.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of availability, security, and performance of infrastructure services.
- Troubleshoot issues with infrastructure and application support teams.
- Monitor backups, perform patches and upgrades, and maintain documentation.
- Engage in incident response, ensuring timely service restoration and SLAs.
- Coordinate changes with stakeholders and maintain technical standards.
