Qualifications

• Four year degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Excellent customer service and clear English communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly for training.
• Experience with Storage Area Network and related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level, remote technical support to Hitachi Vantara customers and field teams.
• Assist in the resolution of hardware/software configuration problems and technical inquiries.
• Maintain case tracking and communicate status to management.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers in a high-volume environment.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to knowledge base creation.
