Job summary

ESRI Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Proposal Consultant to develop proposals and tender responses for GIS opportunities. You will work with business and technical teams to create clear, client-focused solutions that meet business needs.

The role involves managing GIS-related proposals, reviewing estimates, collaborating with delivery teams to quantify effort, ensuring compliance and timely submissions, and coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS/CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 5–7 years in proposal development, bid management, pre-sales, consulting, or business development.
• Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and procurement processes.
• Strong writing, editing, and document management skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review GIS-related proposals, effort estimations, tenders, and bids.
• Collaborate with technical delivery team to estimate the efforts.
• Ensure proposal compliance, quality, and timely submission.
• Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams and partners.
• Maintain proposal content, case studies, and resources repositories.
