Job summary
Esri Malaysia is seeking a proactive Proposal Consultant to develop GIS and geospatial proposals and tender responses. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to craft clear, client-focused solutions that meet business needs.
Key responsibilities include managing GIS proposals, coordinating with delivery teams to estimate efforts, ensuring compliance and timely submissions, and maintaining content repositories for future opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in GIS/CS/IT/Software Engineering or related discipline.
- 5–7 years working experience in proposal development, bid management, pre-sales, consulting, or business development roles.
- Experience responding to RFPs, RFQs, tenders and procurement processes.
- Strong proposal writing, editing and document management skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia communication; professional proposals and client-facing documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and review GIS-related proposals, effort estimations, tenders and bids.
- Collaborate with technical delivery teams to estimate efforts.
- Ensure proposal compliance, quality and timely submission.
- Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams and partners.
- Maintain proposal content, case studies and resources repositories.
