Job summary

Esri Malaysia is seeking a technically skilled GIS professional to provide application support, training, and managed services for clients. You will ensure reliable, secure, and high‑performing geospatial systems while delivering a seamless user experience and maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on experience with ESRI technologies (ArcGIS Desktop/Server), ITIL incident and change processes, and ITSM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in GIS or IT consulting with strong GIS expertise.
• Degree in GIS/Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) and ITSM tools.
• Proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS technologies and GIS databases.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical GIS application support, training, and managed services.
• Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, manage backups, and maintain system reliability.
• Gather business requirements, provide technical advisory services, collaborate with clients, and ensure SLA compliance.
