Omya Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled Fulfillment Specialist to drive day-to-day warehouse operations in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring stock availability, accurate goods movements, and timely order fulfillment.

You will manage inbound/outbound processes, implement SAP MM routines, and coordinate with 3PL partners to resolve discrepancies and elevate service levels. Role requires 3–5 years in fulfillment/logistics, strong inventory controls, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset to align

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in a related position
• Experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics execution
• Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including receipts, picking, and returns handling
• Experience in inventory accuracy management, cycle counting, scrap and obsolescence handling, and stock reconciliation
• Knowledge and skills in SAP and related logistics tools

Responsabilités

• Execute day-to-day fulfillment operations across inventory, inbound, outbound, and returns
• Coordinate and execute goods receipt activities for inbound deliveries
• Coordinate with warehouse or 3PL partners on storage, labeling, and issue resolution
• Support order fulfillment including picking, delivery preparation, and goods issue processing
• Ensure accuracy of outbound status changes and delivery completion in systems
• Verify invoices and approve logistics service costs
• Collaborate with Team Lead Fulfillment and cross-functional peers
• Identify and propose improvements for fulfillment processes and systems
