Job summary

Omya Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics professional to manage day-to-day fulfillment operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns, ensuring accuracy in SAP transactions and stock records.

You will coordinate with warehouse staff and 3PL partners to meet order deadlines and maintain service levels. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in fulfillment or warehouse roles, solid knowledge of SAP MM, inventory control, and strong communication in

Qualifications

Experience in fulfillment and warehouse operations.
Knowledge of inventory accuracy management and cycle counting.
Proficient in SAP MM and MS Office.
Strong communication in English (additional local languages a plus).

Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day fulfillment operations across inventory, inbound, outbound, returns.
Coordinate daily warehouse tasks to ensure stock availability and timely movements.
Process SAP transactions and update goods movements and inventory handling.
Coordinate with warehouse/3PL partners for inbound and outbound activities.
Support order fulfillment by coordinating picking, packing, and shipping readiness.
Verify invoices and approve logistics costs.
Escalate high-risk or cross-functional issues and participate in continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Team Lead Fulfillment and other functions for smooth execution.
