Job summary

Omya Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Team Lead Fulfillment to supervise end-to-end fulfillment activities across multiple sites and 3PLs. You will lead a team of Fulfillment Specialists, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain SLA/ KPI performance while adhering to global standards.

The role requires a university degree in logistics or related field and 5–7 years in leadership within fulfillment operations, with experience in MRP, replenishment, and warehouse coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of leadership experience in fulfillment operations.
• Experience with multi-site execution and 3PL coordination.
• Hands-on with inventory management, inbound/outbound handling, and returns documentation.
• Experience with MRP/replenishment and stock coverage across regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end fulfillment across multiple sites and 3PLs.
• Lead, coach, and develop Fulfillment Specialists and Senior Specialists.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; manage escalations and incidents.
• Drive process improvements and digital solutions in fulfillment.
