Omya Malaysia, based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a hands-on Fulfillment Assistant to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure stock availability, and support inbound/outbound processes. You will coordinate material movements, maintain accurate inventory, and perform SAP MM postings with attention to detail.

The role requires 1–2 years in fulfillment, strong collaboration with logistics teams, and adherence to Omya standards and compliance. Work will be conducted on site at the KL facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics execution.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM and inventory controls.

Responsabilités

• Execute operational fulfillment across inventory, inbound, outbound and returns per work instructions and service requirements.
• Coordinate daily warehouse tasks to ensure stock availability and timely material movements.
• Complete SAP transactions and updates related to goods movements and inventory handling.
