Job summary

Omya Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Fulfillment professional to manage day-to-day operations across inventory, inbound, outbound and returns, ensuring stock availability and timely movements in a Kuala Lumpur setting.

The role requires hands-on warehouse experience, strong SAP MM knowledge, and collaboration with 3PL partners to uphold Omya standards and compliance. Fluent English and regional language skills are assets.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics execution.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse operations, including receipts, picking, and returns handling.
• Experience in inventory accuracy management, cycle counting, scrap and obsolescence handling, and stock reconciliation.
• Knowledge of SAP MM and related fulfilment systems; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day fulfillment operations across inventory, inbound, outbound, and returns in line with defined work instructions.
• Coordinate daily warehouse tasks to ensure stock availability and timely material movements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock reconciliations.
• Process SAP transactions for goods movements and inventory handling.
• Support 3PL coordination, inbound and outbound activities, and order fulfillment readiness.
• Provide status updates on stock issues, inbound/outbound execution, and service risks.
• Escalate non-routine issues and drive continuous improvement within fulfillment processes.
