Job summary

ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri is seeking a professional Front Office Manager to lead daily operations, mentor a diverse team, and uphold service excellence for guests at the Johor Iskandar Puteri property.

You will coordinate with Revenue Management, reservations, and the front desk to ensure smooth handovers, swift responses to guest needs, and a welcoming, efficient experience in a vibrant Accor environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality with leadership exposure.
• 2+ years as Front Office team lead; 1+ year as Duty Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the Front Office Manager to lead teams and deliver guest service.
• Coordinate handovers and ensure clear internal communications.
• Engage in projects to improve guest service quality.

Job Description

• Supports the Front Office Manager in building an environment where all teams feel valued, bringing them the support they need and to anticipate these needs through effective team relations.
• To contact with the Front Office Manager to report any guest comment, priority and to ensure a good coordination and quick communication on both sides.
• To update and to check the traces/ handover notes from the different sections of the Front Office to ensure that clear, constant and updated communications lines are kept within all teams.
• Formally meet with the Front Office Manager every end of the shift to make point on the daily activities and pending matters.
• To be involved in the projects and mission engaged by the Front Office Manager, providing opinion and ideas, constantly attempting to improve the quality of guest services and anticipating solutions for the Front Office operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years in industry experience, minimum 2 years as team leader in Front Office, minimum 1 year as Duty Manager.
• Opera knowledge and good computer system skills.
• Involvement in reservations and understanding of Revenue Management process.
