Job summary

Optimax Eye Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our front desk and/or call centre team in Damansara Jaya, Selangor. You will implement sales plans and provide high standards of service to walk-in and telephonic customers, while handling inquiries and counseling clients.

Key requirements include a Diploma in a related field, strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, and a proactive, target-driven attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any related field is required.
• Fresh graduates welcome from service & retail lines.
• Ability to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out customer care duties at front desk and/or call centre as directed.
• Implement sales plans and ensure high sales and service standards for customers.
• Follow up on leads and participate in marketing/business development activities.
• Attend walk-in customers and handle face-to-face and phone inquiries, including counseling.
• Maintain company standards and comply with policies.
• Assist in adhoc projects as assigned.
