Job summary

Optimax Eye Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd is hiring a Call Centre Executive (Chinese Speaking) to handle calls, assist customers with information on Optimax products and services, and drive sales. The role includes outbound calls, marketing participation, and weekend availability in a 5-day work week in Malaysia.

Candidates should have at least SPM or equivalent, with a diploma/degree considered an advantage. Strong communication, multilingual abilities, and a customer-focused mindset are essential

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to customer requests with clear information.

• Attend walk-in customers, provide counselling, and handle inquiries.

Job description

Call Centre Executive - Chinese Speaking

To answer phones and respond to customer requests/inquires professionally and promptly with the ultimate goal in providing clear and concise information on Optimax products and services to the customers.

To conduct outbound and follow up calls to secure sales and to meet company’s goal and target set.

Implement sales plans and to ensure high standard of sales and service is provided to the customer.

To participate in Marketing / Business Development and Medical Tourism activities eg road shows as and when required.

Attend to walk in customers in front counter, face-to-face and phone enquiries, including provide counseling to customers.

To maintain Optimax standards and observe group compliance policy.

To perform other tasks that assigned by the Superior.

Job Requirement:

Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent. Diploma or degree in a related field is an advantage.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles is highly preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Chinese will be added as advantage as need to communicate to Chinese customers.

Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve targets.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Customer-focused, friendly, and professional demeanor.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Availability: Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required.
