Job summary

OPTIMAX EYE SPECIALIST CENTRE is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Sunway) in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. The role involves front desk and/or call centre duties, handling walk-ins and phone inquiries, and counseling customers in Chinese, English and Malay to support sales and service goals.

The candidate should have a Diploma in a related field, with exposure to customer service, hospitality or retail. Fresh graduates are welcome; weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any related field with working experience in Call Centre, Front Desk, Hospitality or Retail.
• Fresh graduates, air stewardess or hotelier are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; proactive and sales-driven.
• Willing to learn and work independently toward targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out customer care duties and be based at front desk or call centre as assigned.
• Implement sales plans and maintain high standards of sales and service.
• Follow up on leads and participate in marketing and business development activities.
• Assist walk-in customers with information and counseling at the counter or on calls.
• Maintain company standards and comply with group policies; assist in ad-hoc projects.

Customer Service Executive (SUNWAY) - Chinese Speaking

Plan and carry out customer care duties and to be based in front desk and/or call centre as per the superior’s assignment.

Implement sales plans and ensure high standard of sales and service levels is provided to customers

Follow up on leads and participation of marketing and business development activities

Keep abreast with latest and most current information and technology in regards to market changes, competitors information and Company’s products

Attend to walk-in customers in front counter, face to face and phone enquiries, including providing counseling to customers

Maintain Optimax standards and observe Group Compliance Policy

Assist in any adhoc projects assigned

Requirements:

Possess at least Diploma in any related field with working experience in Call Centre, Hotel Front Desk, Cabin Crew, Customer Service and Retail line

Fresh graduates, air stewardess, hotelier and candidates from service & retail line are encouraged to apply

Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese. Proficiency in Chinese will be added as advantage. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
