Job summary

OPTIMAX EYE SPECIALIST CENTRE is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to perform vision tests, analyze results, and provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care for eye surgery patients. You will promote eye health and counsel clients while collaborating with ophthalmologists.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor Degree in Optometry, enjoys working with people, and is fluent in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; travel and own transport are required.

• Bachelor Degree in Optometry.

• Required languages: English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Working Days: 5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Perform vision tests and analyze results.
• Diagnosing eye conditions and recommending treatment.
• Provide pre and post operative care to patients undergoing eye surgery.
• Promote eye health by counseling patients.
• Liaising with internal/external Ophthalmologist or medical practitioners.
• Identify and develop sources of potential clients.
• Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face to face and written communication.
• Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales.
