Job summary

Optimax Eye Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd is hiring a Call Centre Executive (Chinese Speaking) to handle calls, assist customers with information on Optimax products and services, and drive sales. The role includes outbound calls, marketing participation, and weekend availability in a 5-day work week in Malaysia.

Qualifications

SPM or equivalent is required; diploma/degree is an advantage.
Experience in customer service, call centre or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; multitask well.

Responsibilities

Answer phones and respond to customer requests with clear information.
Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to secure sales and meet targets.
Implement sales plans and maintain high standards of service.
Participate in Marketing/Business Development and Medical Tourism activities as needed.
Attend walk-in customers, provide counselling, and handle inquiries.
Maintain Optimax standards and comply with policies.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Superior.
