Job summary

PUSAT PEMULIHAN PERTUTURAN PACIFIC is seeking a Front Desk cum Customer Service Executive to greet visitors and handle inquiries across multiple channels. You will schedule appointments, send reminders, and maintain customer records while supporting general admin tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome and on-the-job training is provided.

The position emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality service and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma holders encouraged.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and basic administrative software).
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments.
• Send appointment reminders and follow up with customers.
• Track customer payments and issue payment reminders when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules.
• Handle general administrative and front desk duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
