PUSAT PEMULIHAN PERTUTURAN PACIFIC is seeking a Front Desk cum Customer Service Executive based in Malaysia, supporting The Starling Mall, Petaling Jaya. The role combines front desk responsibilities with customer service duties in a busy retail environment.

You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person, manage appointments, send reminders, and maintain accurate records while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin (preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers).
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and basic administrative software).
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments.
• Send appointment reminders and follow up with customers.
• Track customer payments and issue payment reminders when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules.
• Handle general administrative and front desk duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
