Job summary

You will liaise with customers, operations teams and service providers, assist with costing and pricing, and help develop business opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, shipping or a related field.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation or shipping preferred.
• Familiar with quotations, logistics costing and customer coordination.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Able to coordinate between customers and operations teams.
• Commercially aware, organised and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations
