Job summary

TS SHIPPING & FORWARDING SDN BHD is seeking a commercially driven professional to support business growth across our logistics operations. You will manage key customer relationships, prepare quotations and commercial offers, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping or transportation is preferred.
Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
Good understanding of freight rates, quotations and logistics operations.
Strong interpersonal, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and commercial offers.
Identify new business opportunities and follow up on enquiries, tenders and project leads.
Conduct costing and commercial analysis to support pricing and profitability.
Negotiate rates and commercial terms with customers and service providers.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively.
Monitor customer revenue, margins and overall business performance.
Provide management with updates on market opportunities, customer needs and commercial issues.
