Job summary

TS SHIPPING & FORWARDING SDN BHD in Sabah, Malaysia, is seeking a proactive logistics professional to support commercial and logistics activities. You will move from receiving inquiries and preparing quotations to coordinating the job and ensuring successful delivery.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Shipping or a related field and experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Shipping or a related field.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation or shipping is preferred.
• Familiar with quotations, logistics costing and customer coordination.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Able to coordinate between customers and operations teams.
• Commercially aware, organised and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations
• Coordinate freight forwarding, transport and logistics arrangements
• Follow up job progress and customer requirements
• Assist with costing, pricing and commercial analysis
• Liaise with customers, operations teams and service providers
• Maintain good customer relationships
• Support project logistics and business development activities
• Monitor documentation, billing and job completion
