Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in export/freight forwarding and data entry.
• Proficient with MS Office and accurate typing.

Responsibilities

• Enter data per Export Standard Operating Procedure.
• Create Quick Booking according to booking confirmation in Cargo Wise.
• Register Consol and issue Shippers instructions.
• Respond to information queries and access relevant files.
• Check completed work for accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate with stakeholders via email.
• Protect sensitive customer or company information.
• Identify process improvements through Continuous Improvement initiatives.
