Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s logistics services to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop new business opportunities by prospecting and cultivating potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable logistics solutions aligned with company strategy.
• Prepare quotations through analytical and logistics planning.
• Develop logistics concepts to improve customers’ supply chain operations.
• Stay updated on logistics market trends, products, and service developments.
• Follow up closely with customers on proposed solutions and opportunities.
• Take ownership of customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support successful freight pick-up, delivery, and over-the-road operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
