Randstad Malaysia is recruiting for a Northern region-based role to nurture key client relationships and drive commercial growth for integrated logistics solutions.

You will focus on account farming and servicing existing corporate clients to maintain satisfaction and retain business, acting as the primary contact for shipment inquiries and coordinating with internal teams.

You will conduct local client visits, provide tailored freight quotations, and report sales plans to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial B2B experience within 3PL, freight forwarding, or shipping lines.
• Bachelor Degree required.

Responsabilités

• Focus on account farming and servicing existing corporate clients to maintain satisfaction and retain business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer shipment inquiries, service requests, and problem resolution.
• Partner with internal customer service teams who manage backend documentation and operational execution.
• Conduct local client visits across the Northern region to understand logistics needs and provide tailored freight quotations.
• Monitor account activities and submit regular sales reports and plans to management.
