Job summary

Toll Group in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our logistics team. You will enter data per the Export SOP, create Quick Bookings in Cargo Wise, register Consol and issue shipper instructions, and respond to queries with accuracy while maintaining data confidentiality.

You should have a Diploma in a related field, excellent English, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
• Export experience in freight forwarding.
• Proficient in MS Office and accurate data entry.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Enter data according to the Export Standard Operating Procedure.
• Create Quick Booking according to the Booking confirmation in Cargo Wise system.
• Register Consol and issue Shipper's Instructions.
• Respond to queries and access relevant files.
• Check completed work for accuracy.
• Communicate with stakeholders via email.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Explore process improvements via Continuous Improvement initiative.
