Qualifications

• Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
• Export experience in freight forwarding is required.
• Proven data entry experience with fast and accurate typing.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter data according to the Export Standard Operating Procedure.
• Create Quick Booking based on Booking confirmation in CargoWise.
• Register Consol and issue Shippers instruction.
• Respond to queries and access relevant files.
• Check completed work for accuracy.
• Communicate with stakeholders via email.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Identify process improvements through Continuous Improvement initiatives.
