Liberty Specialty Markets is seeking a Franchise Account Development Manager in Malaysia to manage and grow our franchise dealer network. You will recruit new dealers, train partners on our products and sales techniques, monitor performance, and drive renewals while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client relationships.

You will regularly visit dealers, resolve inquiries promptly, and collaborate with underwriting to approve endorsements.

Competenze

Experience in risk management and underwriting of insurance products.
Sales and marketing skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with key clients.

Mansioni

Oversee a portfolio of Franchise dealers, ensuring full support to promote and sell insurance products.
Regularly visit franchise dealers to build and maintain strong relationships.
Act as primary contact for product and service enquiries, resolving issues quickly.
Monitor dealer performance and develop strategies to meet branch targets.
Conduct and deliver training on product offerings and sales techniques.
Improve renewal rates across the dealership.
Facilitate underwriting approval for endorsements and additional products.
Identify and recruit new franchise dealers to expand presence.
Stay up to date with market trends and develop campaign support for growth.
Ensure efficient administration in line with SOPs and compliance guidelines.
