Job summary

Liberty Specialty Markets in Malaysia is seeking a Senior ADM to expand the agent base and strengthen relationships while driving revenue growth through exceptional service. You will support branch sales targets and profitability with strong client focus.

This role requires building long-term relationships with key agents, training and onboarding, managing payments, and ensuring compliance and smooth day-to-day operations in line with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in any related field.
• At least 5 years working experience in insurance industry.
• Experience in risk management, Underwriting of Insurance products.
• Sales and Marketing Skills.
• Ability to build long term relationship with key clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet the sales target in line with the branch objectives and goals
• Oversee collection of outstanding payments and manage financial performance in the sales unit
• Responsible for managing relationship with preferred agents, supporting agents to grow their business and help increase the share of wallet.
• Provide excellent service to agents including prompt response to queries, effective claims tracking, accurate quotation generation
• Regular visits to assigned agents, to maintain relationship, business development discussions, training, and general problem solving
• Conduct training for agent at branch level
• Recruit, onboard and develop preferred agents, and ensure activation
• Ensure effective and efficient administration of day-to-day business operations in line with SOP across all support functions
• Ensure that the branch SLAs and TATs are met
• Respond to various requests from customers, agents and HQ
• Provide training to junior staff on best sales practices
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
