Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years' prior industry related business development experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor production
• Develop agency force
• Regular visit to business partners and collect submission & payment
• Manage agent's statement of accounts
• Continuous effort to train new & existing agents and other business partners
• Respond to various requests from customers/agents/HQ
• Ensure effective and efficient administration of day-to-day business operations in line with SOP across all support functions
• Ensure consistency with enterprise risk management guidelines
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
• Ensure good corporate governance is practiced and are being exercised by the branch
• Build an organization that attracts and retain talents to ensure critical business processes are highly efficient and effective
• Assemble and empower a high performing team.
• Ensure regular communication of key imperatives
