Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, business development or account management.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products and sales processes.
• Proven ability to manage bank partnerships, achieve targets and grow portfolios.
• Strong relationship management, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute plans to ensure assigned budget is achieved.
• Grow on non-motor business from different sources such as AmBank channel, Direct Corporate & Co-share.
• Identify trigger points such as loan approval, account opening and SMEs.
• Convert opportunities more effectively and maintain good reputation with bank partners and clients.
• Joint sales visitation together with Banker’s sales personnel and execute sales campaigns.
