Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Management & Operations in Malaysia to lead end-to-end client management and operational support across inventory, market hygiene, trade claims, and KPI reporting.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and efficient financial operations. You will drive monthly reviews, system KPI maintenance, and data-driven reporting while collaborating with Finance, IT, Sales, and Warehouse teams to align

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree preferred; 2–3 years in a similar role, FMCG industry preferred.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure with a solutions-focused attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across levels; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory performance and run monthly shipment simulations for supply planning.
• Coordinate market hygiene activities to uphold inventory integrity.
• Drive end-to-end trade claim management and CN creation.
• Lead monthly operations review meetings and deliver business reporting.
• Coordinate KPI reporting and liaise with IT for system enhancements.
• Manage accounts payable/pre-finance and ensure timely weekly payment details.
• Manage AR for accurate financial reconciliation.
• Oversee product consultant-related matters aligning with objectives.
• Handle quarterly billing processes including management fees and rental charges.
• Compile data for annual KPI tabulation for planning.
