DKSH Management Ltd. in Malaysia seeks a Senior Executive, Client Management Administration to deliver efficient administrative support for the Client Management and Sales teams. You will help manage budgets, reporting, and client communications in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role requires a Diploma/degree in Business Administration and at least 2 years in a similar role, with strong Excel, SAP, and communication skills. Fluency in local language and English is preferred.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of clients' industry, business, and products.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools including SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Fluency in the local language and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver timely administrative support to Client Management and Sales teams.
• Maintain regular reports on service and client interactions, tracked to resolution.
• Coordinate with functions to gather, verify, and consolidate information.
• Respond to routine inquiries with accurate and timely communication.
• Identify process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, Client, and Operations to implement service solutions.
• Pursue ongoing development in Client Management practices.
