Job summary

DKSH Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Management & Operations to deliver end-to-end client management and operational support across inventory management, market hygiene, trade claims, and KPI reporting. The role emphasizes accurate financial operations and strict SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline; 2–3 years in a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory performance and support supply planning with monthly simulations.
• Coordinate market hygiene activities to uphold inventory integrity.
• Lead end-to-end trade claim management and CN creation.
• Lead monthly operations reviews and deliver regular business reporting.
• Coordinate system KPI reporting and liaise with IT for system enhancements.
