Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in client management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of clients' industry, business, and products.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistics.
• Cultural awareness for cross-country interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental budgets and costs in line with allocations.
• Develop business and marketing plans with clients to achieve objectives and profitability.
• Gather and report client KPIs defined in SLAs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for new product introductions and renewals.
• Resolve client operational issues and service complaints.
• Plan and lead regular business review meetings with client management teams.
• Act as the frontline DKSH representative to client management teams and escalate as needed.
• Oversee team delivery of function goals and targets.
• Champion learning and development in Client Management and DKSH values.
• Handle administrative duties and coordination tasks.
