Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of client industries, business models, and product portfolios.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, or SCM-related sectors.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multicultural and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance and profitability across assigned client portfolios.
• Ensure services are delivered in compliance with contractual requirements.
• Contribute to negotiations to protect DKSH's interests.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; lead performance reviews with management.
• Develop strong relationships across client organizations and key stakeholders.
• Maintain DKSH’s position through knowledge of client portfolios and trends.
• Identify new revenue opportunities via upsell and cross-sell propositions.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to foster a collaborative culture.
• Escalate key risk matters to management for prompt resolution.
• Review and approve purchase orders, expenses, and related documents according to LoA.
