About The Role

The Senior Manager, Client Management & Operations is responsible for delivering end-to-end client management and operational support to achieve business goals across inventory management, market hygiene, trade claims, business reporting, and system Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and maintenance. This role is integral to DKSH's operational excellence, ensuring accurate financial operations, full compliance with agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and continuous improvement across the systems and processes that support sales and warehouse operations.

What You Will Deliver

• Track total inventory holding performance and conduct monthly shipment simulations to support accurate supply planning and maintain healthy stock levels
• Coordinate market hygiene activities including product write-offs and decanning to uphold inventory integrity across the supply chain
• Drive end-to-end trade claim management, ensuring full compliance with trade promotion management system SOPs across both client and DKSH teams, and perform claims matching for Credit Note (CN) creation
• Lead the monthly operations review meeting and deliver regular and ad hoc business reporting and analysis to support informed decision-making at all levels
• Coordinate system KPI reporting and maintenance across relevant business systems, liaising with DKSH Information Technology (IT) teams to support system enhancements, development, and resolution of system-related matters
• Manage accounts payable and pre-finance matters, including resolution of rejected tax invoices in collaboration with DKSH Finance, and ensure timely provision of weekly payment details to client finance teams
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) matters to ensure accurate and timely financial reconciliation
• Oversee product consultant-related matters to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational requirements
• Manage quarterly billing processes including management fees and relevant rental charges, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all submissions
• Compile and extract data for annual KPI tabulation to support performance review and strategic planning
• Process monthly Sales Representative (SR) commission in accordance with agreed timelines and manage quarterly commission appeal processes
• Manage sales and warehouse operational matters, working closely with cross-functional Finance, IT, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth and compliant day-to-day operations
• Contribute to strategic planning and priority setting, maintaining a strong customer and consumer focus to align operational decisions with overall business objectives
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline is preferred 2 to 3 years of working experience in a similar role, with experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry preferred
• Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, as will need to liaise with Chinese speaking customer
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite applications, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively while maintaining a positive and solutions-focused attitude
• Good interpersonal skills with excellent communication capabilities across all levels, both internal and external
