Deutsche Bank is seeking a reliable professional for Corporate Actions operations in Malaysia. The role focuses on end-to-end processing for local and foreign markets, with emphasis on accuracy and timely instructions, while exploring process optimization and AI-enabled automation.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services operations preferred, but highly motivated fresh graduates considered.
• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and adapt to changing priorities during peak seasons.
• Strong familiarity and comfort with modern digital workspace tools.
• Hands-on experience or aptitude for leveraging AI or smart workflow tools to drive efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end processing of corporate actions for local and foreign markets. Monitor and validate announcements, ensure timely instruction capture and entitlement calculations.
• Process Re-Engineering & Transformation: identify bottlenecks and contribute to scalable solutions; promote AI/workflow automation to reduce manual tasks.
• Risk Management & Control: adhere to internal controls, perform reconciliations, and escalate issues promptly.
• Client Service & Stakeholder Management: act as a point of contact for inquiries and ensure SLAs are met.
